Solution – To prevent ulcers, you should also limit painkillers and wash your hands before each meal. Eating whole grains along with fruits or vegetables helps prevent ulcers.
Cramping and bloating – Irritable bowel syndrome

Mild pain and indigestion – a sign of lactose intolerance
Stomach pain and bloating are some common symptoms that indicate lactose intolerance. This may cause diarrhea, increased gas or constipation. Some other symptoms include headache, fatigue, lack of concentration, pain in muscles and joints, mouth ulcers and problems urinating.
Reason – Generally, lactose intolerance is caused by a deficiency of the intestinal enzyme lactase. It splits lactose into 2 smaller sugars and allows the lactose to be absorbed from the intestine.

Gluten intolerance has many symptoms, and the most common are diarrhea, constipation, smelly stools, bloating, abdominal pain, skin problems, unexplained weight loss and depression.
Reason– If you have gluten intolerance, stay away from bread, pasta, or any other food containing wheat and non-foods containing wheat-based ingredients. Products like cosmetics, or bath products can trigger these.
Solution– To control your gluten sensitivity, it is advisable to try to avoid wheat-based foods and products and consult your doctor about possible medical treatments.
Severe pain in the upper right side of the abdomen and below the shoulder – gallstones

Pain in lower right abdomen – appendicitis
Inflammation of the appendix is called appendicitis. This is a dangerous condition that requires immediate medical treatment. Symptoms of appendicitis are sharp pain near the navel or upper abdomen that extends to the lower right abdomen, swelling in the abdomen, high fever and inability to pass gas..
Reason There can be many reasons for appendicitis. Blocked holes inside the appendix, tissue in the appendix wall that is overgrown with parasites, or growths that can infect or damage your appendix lumen.
