auto manufacturer LML announced on Thursday that it will set up a state-of-the-art electric vehicle industrial park in the state of Haryana, where it has acquired land for the purpose. This land is located near the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway, on the main highway from Gurgaon to Alwar. Rajiv Chowk can be reached by car in 65 minutes.
Preparation to give new heights to the company
This is in line with the OEM’s commitment to expand the company’s operations and promote sustainable mobility solutions in the country. The industrial park will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology to promote innovation and sustainable practices under one roof. The industrial park will be exclusively dedicated to LML’s upcoming electric scooters.
Local youth will get employment
The strategic location for the EV park will help the company leverage the region’s rich talent pool and strong infrastructure, creating a hub for sustainable mobility solutions. The facility will also have a skill development center for training local youth in EV technology and these trainees will be offered jobs in LML as per their qualifications.
Creation of favorable environment for construction
The manufacturer is also planning to invite subsidiary unit partners and other potential partners to join the manufacturing processes with the aim of providing conducive environment for its component manufacturing units.
