What is Jayanti?

This is the reason why our ancestors used to preserve it throughout the years. They used to make its powder and consume it. But, now out of ignorance we throw it into the river. This is not right. Swaras of Jayanti protects from cancer: Vaidya Khuleshwar Mahato
Khuleshwar Mahato, a well-known physician of Gomiya block, says that the swaras of Jayanti increase immunity. Works as a blood purifier. Besides, it also protects from cancer. He told that if a person consumes 15-20 ml of its juice daily for 15 to 20 days, he will not get cancer. He told that it has no side effects. Therefore any person can consume it. He said that fresh Swaras are more beneficial. Therefore, one should extract its juice and drink it every day.
It is beneficial in incurable diseases: Dr. PN Pandey
At the same time, Dr. PN Pandey of Ranchi says that consumption of Jayanti Swaras or its power is beneficial in incurable diseases. He says that consuming 20 ml of Swaras daily and if it is dried and made into powder, then taking one spoon in the morning and evening on an empty stomach will be extremely beneficial. According to Dr. Pandey, it can also be called green blood. It is rich in anti-oxidants. Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B5 are found in abundance in it. Not only this, iron deficiency is cured by consuming its juice. Insomnia, acidity, indigestion, gas, flatulence, joint pain, rheumatism, arthritis, skin diseases, metal diseases are cured. It is equally beneficial for both men and women.
Dr. Pandey said that it is not only beneficial for patients suffering from hair fall, diabetes, obesity and thyroid, it is also helpful in reducing skin wrinkles. It is also anti aging. That means it keeps old age away from you. If eyesight is decreasing, consuming it continuously will be beneficial. Mixing its juice in water and gargling with it is also beneficial in pyorrhoea (a dental disease) and mouth ulcers. Overall, this birth anniversary is like nectar.
How to consume
As already mentioned, it can be used in both swaras and powder forms.
Wash the Jayanti in clean water, so that the soil and sand stuck in it gets cleaned. After this, crush it well and squeeze out its juice. 15-20 mg juice should be taken in a day. If you consume two spoons, you will get full benefit from it.
If you are unable to extract its juice every day, then dry it and make its powder. Consume one teaspoon of it every morning and evening on an empty stomach. There will be unprecedented benefits.
What kind of soil should Jayanti grow in?
During Durga Puja, Jayanti is grown in sacred soil and sand. If you want to use it as a medicine, sprinkle barley seeds in several pots. Do not use any soil for this. Take soil at least three feet below the ground. Vaidya Khuleshwar Mahato says that nowadays different types of fertilizers are applied in the fields. If you want to use Jayanti as a medicine, then take soil three feet below. Keep it in a pot. Sprinkle barley seeds in it. Plants will emerge from it within a few days. One by one, uproot it, wash it and then crush it, extract the juice and consume it. If you grow a plant in the soil above the ground, it will not be of much benefit due to the various chemicals present in the soil.
