Honda SC-e Concept unveiled at Japan Mobility Show 2023
Honda SC-e Concept: Honda SC-e was introduced at the Japan Mobility Show 2023. It is an electric scooter which is equivalent to a “Class 2 moped” in Japan. The SC-e has two swappable batteries, called “Honda Mobile Power Pack e”. This battery technology helps reduce charging time, as users only need to replace empty batteries.

2500W electric motor in Honda SC-e
The SC-e has a 2500W electric motor which takes only 6 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 45 kmph. This scooter offers a range of 65 kilometers on a single charge.
Battery pack with capacity of 3.5 kWh
At the Japan Mobility Show, Honda also introduced a new battery pack for the SC-e. This new battery pack has a capacity of 3.5 kWh, which increases the range of the SC-e to 80 kilometers

The SC-e is priced at ¥348,000 (approximately ₹2.2 lakh). This scooter is available in two variants: Standard and Deluxe. Honda has said that it is planning to launch the SC-e in India also. Due to which it is being speculated whether this is the electric version of Activa?
