Earthquake Updates: 70 dead so far due to strong earthquake in Nepal, tremors felt in North India also

Earthquake Updates: When people were preparing to sleep in Nepal on Friday night, the earth shook. The intensity of the earthquake was 6.4, due to which there was huge damage. Due to the 6.4 magnitude earthquake, many buildings collapsed due to which 70 people have died so far. This death toll may increase. Many people have been seriously injured due to being buried under the debris, who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. According to media reports, most of the deaths due to the earthquake occurred in Rukum West and Jajarkot. Information about the deceased has been given by Rukum West DSP Namraj Bhattarai and Jajarkot DSP Santosh Rokka.

Tremors felt in Delhi-NCR also

The intensity of the earthquake was so strong that its tremors were felt even in Delhi-NCR. People frightened by the earthquake came out of their homes. Due to the earthquake that occurred at around 11:32 pm, people had to come out of their homes. According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the epicenter of the earthquake was at a depth of 10 kilometers, about 227 kilometers north of Ayodhya in Nepal and 331 kilometers west-north-west of Kathmandu.
