New Delhi: People are very much interested in the rail travel of President Ram Nath Kovind because it is happening after 18 years when an Indian President is traveling by rail. In such a situation, it is a big challenge to make security arrangements all along the way. But arrangements have been made for it. Even taking pictures of the President’s splendid saloon standing ready in Delhi is not allowed. The Railway Ministry and Rashtrapati Bhavan have not yet given any official confirmation of the details of this visit.
Salon will be of 11 coaches
There is a separate saloon for the President in the Railways, on which only the President can travel. But due to less use of this salon, the problem of its maintenance remains. This time, after 18 years, a demand for a saloon has been made from Rashtrapati Bhavan, so the old saloon is not being used for security reasons. According to railway sources, the Royal Tourist Train Maharaja of the Railways is such a train that has state-of-the-art facilities and the rake of this train can also be used from the point of view of safety. About 11 coaches of the Maharaja are being re-adapted for the security of the President.

The biggest feature of Maharaja Train is its inner beauty. It has been decorated with samples of painting art from different states of the country. Along with this, it has also been decorated with state-of-the-art facilities. Apart from a drawing room, dining hall, it also has a comfortable bedroom.
Its kitchen is equipped with all the modern kitchen equipments. Being a special train, its coaches are also much better from the point of view of safety. The dates for this possible train journey of the President have not been confirmed yet, but it is believed that President Kovind can travel between June 25 and June 28. The President will first go to Kanpur to go to his ancestral residence. Before that one can accept the greetings of the local people in Rura and Jhinjhar. On the last day the President will reach Lucknow and can return from there by flight.
