On Wednesday, the price of 10 gm gold was Rs 46,120 but today i.e. on Thursday, the price of gold has gone up to Rs 46,150. Today the price of silver also saw a jump. The price of silver on Thursday is Rs 67,900 per kg. Due to changes in excise duty, state tax and making charges, the price of gold varies from place to place. It all depends on the tax. However, despite having different slabs in tax, there is not much difference in gold jewelery across the country. In New Delhi, the price of gold was Rs 46,250 per 10 grams, while in Chennai it was Rs 150 more at 44,550 per 10 grams. At the same time, the price of gold in Mumbai is 46,150 per 10 grams. The price of 24 carat gold also saw a rise on Thursday. On Thursday, the price of 24 carat gold per 10 grams stood at Rs 47,150 while on Wednesday it was priced at Rs 47,120.
Silver price jumps by Rs 200
On Thursday, the price of silver rose by Rs 200. On Tuesday, the price of silver was Rs 67,600 per kg. On Wednesday, it rose by Rs 200 to Rs 67800. On Thursday, there was a rise of Rs 200 again and its price became Rs 67900 per kg. That is, a jump of Rs 400 per kg in two days. On Wednesday, the Indian rupee also gained 12 paise against the dollar. In this way, the price of 1 dollar became 74.25 paise. On Wednesday, due to the weakening of the dollar in the trading session, the price of gold was seen in the global market. However, the US bank has assured the market that there is no intention to increase the rate of interest in a hurry. Last week, the price of gold had fallen by 6 percent, which was the biggest fall in recent times.
