New Delhi: Delhi Police’s Special Cell has arrested four students from Ladakh in connection with the blast outside Israel Embassy in January this year. The students were arrested in Kargil and brought to Delhi on transit remand, officials said. The four arrested students have been identified as Nazir Hussain (26), Zulfikar Ali Wazir (25), Ayaz Hussain (28) and Muzammil Hussain (25). Officials said that all these students are residents of Thang village in Kargil district of Ladakh.
He told, ‘‘The students have been brought to Delhi for questioning on remand.’’ The Special Cell of Delhi Police probing the case has found a ‘conspiracy’ behind the blast. A case has been registered.

NIA has also announced a reward of Rs 10 lakh each on these two suspects. The agency had tweeted and said that if any person gives any such information which can lead to his identification or arrest, then he will be given a reward of Rs 10 lakh.
