One to one mapping of students will be done in Delhi like abroad
One-to-one mapping is practiced abroad. It is very important to understand the one-to-one mapping of each child and their individual profile. One-to-one mapping of 16 lakh children studying in Delhi government schools is a big challenge. The Kejriwal government has turned this challenge into an opportunity. The Youth for Education Program and the Parent Outreach Program aim to do a one-to-one mapping of children and connect the community to the school.
Added 650 mentors in the pilot phase
Children studying in schools through the Youth for Education program will get better guidance and counseling from the younger generation. Every educated youth in the age group of 20-30 can give guidance to school students. It can help them to improve their career. In the pilot phase of Youth for Education, 650 mentors have been added who have guided 4000 children.

Youth for Education Program is a volunteering programme. In which educated youth of 20 to 30 years can give guidance and guide them about their career. Presently under the pilot project 46 schools in East and South-East Delhi have been operated. Delhi government aims to engage more than 2 lakh mentors in this program who will guide 5.5 lakh children studying in 9th to 12th standard.
