New Delhi: The Narcotics Control Bureau has busted the smuggling of drugs running on the dark net under a special drive on the day of International Drugs Day. NCB has also arrested 8 people in this case. In fact, the Narcotics Control Bureau had started a special campaign against those who smuggle drugs using the darknet and Internet pharmacy route. Due to this campaign, NCB got a big success on Saturday. The police arrested 8 people who were ordering a large consignment of drugs through the dark net. Not only this, these people were also using Internet pharmacy as a smuggling of drugs.
NCB Deputy Director Operation KPS Malhotra told that there are some gangs working in India, who use internet pharmacy to get large consignments of drugs to India. The Narcotics Control Bureau came to know about nine websites whose registration is outside India. NCB Deputy Director told ABP News in a special conversation that the syndicate of this gang is in North and Uttarakhand inside India and the network of this gang is spread in USA, UK, Canada and Philippines. Not only this, KPS Malhotra told that large consignments of drugs mainly go to USA, UK, Europe and other countries. The most surprising thing about this gang is that money is not used for dealing in drugs, but its dealings were done in crypto currency and bitcoin. NCB has come to know about some bank accounts in India, which are under investigation.
