New Delhi: Central Delhi has so far recorded only 8.5 mm of rain this monsoon season, making it the second highest rain deficient district in the country. According to the data of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), this information has come to the fore.
37.7 mm of rain in North Delhi
North Delhi has received 37.7 mm of rain, which is 34 per cent less than normal, and North West Delhi has received 29.8 mm, which is 30 per cent less than the average. Only West Delhi has received normal rainfall so far, which has received 53.5 mm of rain against an average of 55.5 mm.
