1 Crash Dieting – Many people start crash dieting in order to lose weight quickly, and consider it beneficial. In fact, crash dieting can reduce your weight and make you slim quickly, but after some time it has equally harmful results. According to experts, during crash dieting, along with burning fat from the body, those muscles and tissues are also destroyed, which take a long time to build. In this case the body becomes weak.
2 Not having breakfast – Some people believe that by not having breakfast in the morning, increasing weight can be reduced. But it is not so at all. By not having breakfast, you remain hungry till lunch, due to which there is a lack of energy as well as weakness in the body. Apart from this, by not having breakfast in the morning, your hunger increases till the afternoon, due to which you eat more food in lunch. It takes longer for the body to digest it.
3 Eating late at night – Many people believe that eating late at night increases obesity. But this is not completely true. More important than eating late at night is the difference between the time you are eating and the time you sleep. Whenever you eat something during the night, there should always be a gap of few hours between eating and sleeping. So that the food gets time to digest, and obesity does not increase.
4 Do not eat anything in the evening – This is also a big misconception, that by not eating anything in the evening or after that, obesity will be controlled. You can eat in the evening or even at night, provided it is not caloric food or fatty food. Give preference to fruits, juices, salads or other healthy things instead of papad, chips, pizza, burger or ice cream. These things will not harm if eaten at any time.
5 Fat Free Food – Only fat free food is good for health, this is a big misconception. Actually, we need to keep in mind that whatever we are eating, there is not too much fat in it. But the use of completely fat free things is not right. The vitamins needed for energy and internal functions in the body are obtained from fat. Therefore, not using fat at all, it can be harmful for you. For this, the use of low fat things is right.
6 Drug use – Many people are attracted to weight loss drugs when they gain weight. But the use of these drugs is extremely harmful for the body. They can have many types of side effects on your body parts. Therefore, it is a natural and better way to lose weight by balancing your diet.
7 Distance from some things – To reduce obesity, completely stopping the use of some things also proves to be harmful for your health. Rather, the things you think of giving up completely, should be included in your diet in small quantities. These things fulfill the essential needs of the body.
