New Delhi: The Union Health Ministry has expressed concern over the violation of proper behavior of Corona. The ministry said that people are going to the hill station and the rules of Corona are being ignored there. Health Ministry Joint Secretary Lav Aggarwal said that if the protocol is not followed then we can end the relaxation in restrictions again.
The Health Ministry said that while expressing concern over the huge crowd at the hill station, he said that gross violation of proper behavior can reduce the gains made so far. The ministry also showed some pictures. This includes photographs of Shimla and Manali in Himachal Pradesh, Laxmi Nagar and Sadar Bazar in Delhi and Dadar Market in Mumbai, in which crowds of people can be clearly seen.
Second wave still in some areas
Luv Aggarwal said that if more infections are seen in some districts, then we have to assume that there is still a second wave in some areas. There are still some districts in the country where the positivity rate is more than 10 percent. Positivity is high mainly in Arunachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Manipur, Kerala, Meghalaya, Tripura, Sikkim, Odisha, Nagaland. In 73 districts of 17 states and union territories of the country, the infection rate was 10 percent higher in the week of June 29-July 5. In the week ending July 4 in 91 districts, more than 100 cases of Kovid-19 were reported daily.
80 percent cases in 90 districts
Along with this, he said that less than 50,000 cases are being reported in the country continuously for the last 9 days. 80 percent of the new cases of corona virus in the country are coming from 90 districts. More cases are being reported in Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Karnataka.
