Meanwhile, a big decision has been taken by the Gujarat government. The Gujarat Government has decided that the Rath Yatra of Lord Jagannath will be taken out in Gujarat.
It has been said by the Government of Gujarat that following the Corona rules, this Rath Yatra will be taken out under the Corona Guidelines. Its live broadcast will also be done. However, there will be a ban on distribution of Prasad during this period and elephants, troupes, and other vehicles are not allowed in the Rath Yatra.
curfew will also remain
The Gujarat government says that curfew will be imposed on the route through which the Rath Yatra will leave. There will be a curfew on that route while leaving the temple for the Rath Yatra and coming back. There will be a curfew on the route of Rath Yatra from 7 am to 2 pm. 7 police stations will remain under curfew during the Rath Yatra. During this 19 km Rath Yatra will be completed in 5 hours.
Amit Shah will be present
While Rath Yatra will leave with 5 vehicles. Only 5 vehicles have been approved along with three chariots. Apart from this, corona testing will be done 48 hours before the Khalasi pulling the chariot. During the Rath Yatra, Union Home Minister Amit Shah will be present in Mangal Aarti in the morning. There is a ban on the food ceremony.
