Now Mother Dairy has increased milk prices by Rs 2 per liter in Delhi-NCR and other cities. This new rate will be applicable from tomorrow. Earlier, the company had raised milk prices for the last time in December 2019. Mother Dairy sells more than 30 lakh liters of milk daily in Delhi-NCR. Earlier, Amul Company had increased the price of milk by Rs 2 per liter from July 1.
Now the price of one liter of token milk of Mother Dairy has been increased from Rs 42 to Rs 44 per liter. At the same time, full cream milk has increased from Rs 55 to Rs 57 per liter. The cow milk which is available at Rs 47 per liter has gone up to Rs 49 per litre.

Mother Dairy is compelled to increase its milk prices by Rs 2 per liter in Delhi-NCR with effect from July 11, 2021. The new prices will be applicable for all milk variants. Inflation on the company’s total input cost, Mother Dairy said in its statement. Which has increased manifold in the last one year as well as there is a crisis in milk production due to the ongoing pandemic.
Mother Dairy further said, “It is worth noting that in the last three-four weeks alone the agricultural prices of milk have increased by about 4 per cent. Despite paying higher prices for the purchase of milk in the last one year, The consumer prices were retained. After this revision, the milk prices are being revised by 4 per cent.”
