New Delhi: 11 government employees of Jammu and Kashmir have been sacked for helping terrorists. Syed Salauddin’s two sons Ahmed Shakeel and Shahid Yusuf are also named in this list. Salahuddin is the most wanted terrorist and also the founder of Hizbul Mujahideen. Both his sons are in jail. Shakeel used to work in the health department and Yusuf in the irrigation department. According to the Central Investigation Agency, Salahuddin’s sons used to help terrorists as well as fund them. This work was done through hawala. After becoming the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha has asked to speed up the work of identifying those who help terrorists. Earlier, eight government employees have already been dismissed on similar charges. Many government employees of Kashmir have been accused of having met with terrorist organizations. But they were not acted upon.
11 government employees who have been sacked. They also include 2 police constables from Jammu and Kashmir. Of these, Abdul Rashid himself also attacked the police force. Whereas the second constable used to give news and important information inside the police to the terrorists. Naz Mohammad Ali, who worked in the health department, himself had joined Hizbul Mujahideen. He used to make local arrangements for the people of Hizbul. He is also accused of hiding two terrorists at his home.
Out of the 11 sacked government employees, 4 are from Anantnag, 3 from Budgam and one from Baramulla, Pulwama, Kupwara and Srinagar. Action will continue against those who have nexus with terrorists in Jammu and Kashmir. Terrorist incidents have increased in recent times. Intelligence agencies believe that amidst the discussion of holding elections in Kashmir, terrorist organizations are trying to spoil the atmosphere there. In the same month, PM Narendra Modi met people from political parties in Delhi regarding Kashmir.
