New Delhi: The party has found a solution to the internal strife between the two heavyweights in the Punjab Congress. Harish Rawat, a member of the panel set up to resolve the ‘quarrel’, has said that Captain Amarinder Singh will remain the Chief Minister in Punjab but the state president will be changed. Along with this, there will also be a reshuffle in the cabinet.
According to the English newspaper Indian Express, Harish Rawat said that there will be changes in Punjab in the next two to three days. Talking to the newspaper, Harish Rawat said, “The party will get a new state president in Punjab and new faces will be included in the cabinet.”
