Seemanchal Mohapatra, a resident of Ganjam district of Odisha, has returned after being away from his home for almost four decades. In fact, in the 1970s, Mohapatra, who had left his city for Mumbai in search of work, had reached Burhanpur in Madhya Pradesh. After which he had gone missing. Now with the help of Sanjay Shinde, who runs an NGO named Roti Bank in Burhanpur city, and Kamal Rathi, a businessman from Cuttack, he is back home.
