Lucknow: A shareholder agreement was signed between Zurich Airport International AG and Noida International Airport Limited on Saturday for the development of Noida International Airport in Lucknow. The agreement was signed by Arun Veer Singh, CEO, Noida Airport in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
As per this agreement, Noida International Airport Limited will have a significant share in Yamuna International Airport Private Limited Company. Along with this, he will also have the right to appoint two directors on the board of this company on his behalf. These two directors will be Arun Veer Singh and UP Civil Aviation director Visak Iyer.
Electricity, water and drainage work will start soon
Uttar Pradesh government in collaboration with Zurich International is going to realize the dream of a world class airport in the NCR region. According to the agreement for this, the UP government will soon start the work of electricity, water and drainage for Noida International Airport (Jewar Airport). Along with special security arrangements at the airport and its surroundings, the UP government will also give the necessary permissions for the construction and operation of the airport expeditiously.
