This means that now the Olympic Games will be held on the ground without spectators.
Since Wednesday evening, there were reports of emergency in Japan’s capital Tokyo. Japan’s PM Yoshihide Suga announced that a state of emergency will be in force in the city of Tokyo from July 12 to August 22. Earlier on Wednesday, in a meeting with experts, government officials had proposed to implement emergency in Tokyo from next Monday to August 22.
Corona virus cases are increasing continuously
For the last two days, record cases of corona virus are being reported in Tokyo. On Thursday, 896 cases of corona were reported in Tokyo. Earlier on Wednesday, 920 cases of Kovid 19 were reported in Tokyo, which is the highest number of cases in a single day after May 13.
For the last 19 days, cases of corona virus have been increasing in Tokyo continuously. During the past week, an average of 663 cases of corona have been reported in Tokyo per day, which is much higher than the average of 523 cases per day before that. Not only this, two deaths have also occurred on Wednesday due to Corona virus in Tokyo.
Talking about Japan, 2,191 cases of corona virus were reported on Wednesday. This was the first time after June 10 that more than 2000 cases have been reported in a day in the country.
