England vs Pakistan ODI Series: The three-match ODI series between England and Pakistan is starting from today. The first match of this series is to be played in a while. MRI scan of 32-year-old left-handed batsman Haris Sohail today revealed that he has suffered a grade three injury. He suffered the injury during a training session in Derby last week.
Sohail said, “I was looking forward to this ODI series as my goal to contribute to the team’s success and cement my place in the team. I am disappointed that I have to leave the tour midway. But I will return to Lahore. I will take part in rehabilitation program so that I can fully recover for the 2021-22 season.”
Let us tell you that Haris Sohail was selected in the team only for the ODI series. After this, Pakistan also has to play a three-match T20 series with England, but Sohail was not selected in the Pakistan team for the T20 series. Now Sohail will return to Pakistan and participate in a rehabilitation program at the National High Performance Center in Lahore.
